We have a full time staff of professionally trained and experienced project managers who will always go beyond what is expected by your presenters and clients. A Padgett project manager will serve as a single point of contact for your organization, managing all production phases of the interactive session. Your project manager will work closely with the event producers and the presenters to make sure that question programming is integrated prior to the event, including the creation of any necessary backgrounds and graphics.

Onsite at your event, Padgett techs will test the Audience Response System and backup systems, interface with audiovisual equipment already present, and be available for rehearsals. We will consult with all presenters to introduce them to the system and make any desired additions or changes to the session. Once the event is concluded, you will receive printed reports, Microsoft Excel and/or PowerPoint files, as well as ReportViewer software which will allow you to recreate and manipulate the entire ARS session on your PC.
